INTRODUCTION

Gospels Mark, Mathews, and Luke described our Lord’s ministry from different perspectives. These three gospels are called synoptic gospels. Gospel of John was published later than the synoptic gospels and its main theme is to declared the divinity of our Lord. A great example of this is the seven “I AM” statements in the Gospel according to John.
As you may recall that in Exodus 3:13-14, 13 Then Moses said to God, “Indeed, when I come to the children of Israel and say to them, ‘The God of your fathers has sent me to you,’ and they say to me, ‘What is His name?’ what shall I say to them?”
14 And God said to Moses, “I AM WHO I AM.” And He said, “Thus you shall say to the children of Israel, ‘I AM has sent me to you.’ ”.Thus, “I AM” in this context refers to God's self identification of Himself.

耶穌說：”復活在我，生命也在我”

 

約翰福音 11:25, 25 耶穌對她說：「復活在我，生命也在我。信我的人，雖然死了，也必復活；

 

我們的主耶穌基督多麼得勝的宣告！ 由於亞當和夏娃的悖逆罪，死亡進入了世界。 熱力學第二定律的援引就是這場歷史災難的結果，從此全人類都遭受了巨大的苦難。羅馬書 5:12,罪由亞當而來恩由基督而得, 12 這就如罪是從一人入了世界，死又是從罪來的，於是死就臨到眾人，因為眾人都犯了罪。

 

讓我們仔細聆聽主的話：
約翰福音 6:39. 
39 差我來者的意思就是：他所賜給我的，叫我一個也不失落，在末日卻叫他復活。

 

我們的主通過他在十字架上的死，為那些天父賜給他的人支付了贖價，他的複活一勞永逸地戰勝了死亡。 事實上，我們的希望是我們的主在末日復活我們。

 

我們確實很著迷地看到，我們的主在教導我們的所有關鍵問題上總是將他的父帶進來。
* 我的食物就是遵行差我來者的旨意，做成他的工 (約翰福音 4:34)
* 我在父裡面，父在我裡面，你不信嗎？我對你們所說的話，不是憑著自己說的，乃是住在我裡面的父做他自己的事 (約翰福音 14:10 )

 

自從死亡降臨人世以來，生與死一直是人類尋求戰勝死亡的永無止境的嘗試。 聽到約翰福音 11:25 確實是一個多麼好的消息啊。

 

願讚美、敬拜和榮耀歸於我們的主耶穌基督，因為他偉大的應許是帶領他所有的信徒彼此聯合，並與他一起歸向天父！奉耶穌的名，阿門。  

Article 7 Jesus said, “I am the resurrection and the life”

 

John 11:25
25 Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live.

 

What a triumphant declaration of our Lord Jesus Christ! Because of Adam and Eve’s sin of rebellion, death entered the world. The invocation of the Thermodynamic Second Law was the result of this historical disaster and all human beings suffered greatly since then. Romans 5:12, Death in Adam, Life in Christ, 12 Therefore, just as through one man sin entered the world, and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men, because all sinned—

 

Let listen carefully to our Lord:

John 6:39. 
39 This is the will of the Father who sent Me, that of all He has given Me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up at the last day. 

 

Our Lord through His death at the cross paid the ransoms for those who the Father gave Him and His resurrection conquered the death once for all. And indeed our hope is on our Lord to resurrect us at the last day.

 

We are indeed fascinated to see that our Lord always brought in His Father in all key issues He taught us.
* My food is to do the will of Him who sent Me, and to finish His work (John 4:34)
* Do you not believe that I am in the Father, and the Father in Me? The words that I speak to you I do not speak on My own authority; but the Father who dwells in Me does the works (John 14:10).

 

Life and death has been the never-ending human unsuccessful endeavor to seek the victory over death since the death entered the world. What a Good News indeed to hear John 11:25.

 

Praises, worship, and glory to our Lord Jesus Christ for His great promise in bring all His believers into union with each other and with Him to the Father! In Jesus name, Amen.

耶穌說：“我就是道路、真理、生命”

約翰福音 14:6, 主為道路真理生命, 6 耶穌說：「我就是道路、真理、生命。若不藉著我，沒有人能到父那裡去。
 

與神聯合一直是約翰福音中“我是”啟示的關鍵教導之一。 三位一體的神始終完美結合。 我們主耶穌基督的跟隨者，要在主耶穌裡面，就像枝子在真葡萄樹上一樣。
 

事實上，在他的新約事工期間，主教導新約主的門徒說，”你們看我就像你們看天父一樣”。 聖經教導我們，聖父在舊約時代通過先知來揭曉，但在新約時代通過我們的主來啟示。（見希伯來書 1:1-2）
 

我們的主是我們學習與上帝聯合的最好榜樣：
約翰福音 4:34, 34 耶穌說：「我的食物就是遵行差我來者的旨意，做成他的工。
約翰福音 14:9，……人看見了我，就是看見了父……。
約翰福音 14:10, 10 我在父裡面，父在我裡面，你不信嗎？我對你們所說的話，不是憑著自己說的，乃是住在我裡面的父做他自己的事。
 

認識到我們的主是通往天父的唯一道路是非常重要的。 沒有其他外在的方式或人可以讓人們到達宇宙的創造者。 神是獨一無二的，是一切生命的源頭。 所有基督徒都應該確信，只有相信耶穌基督才是通往永生的道路。 與永恆的神聯合是多麼有福的啊！

願頌讚榮耀歸於聖父、聖子、聖靈，直到永永遠遠，奉耶穌基督的名祈求, 阿門！

 

ARTICLE 6:   Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life”

 

John 14:6, 6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.”

 

Union with God has been one of the key teaching of the “I am” revelations in the Gospel of John. All three personages in the GodHead are always in perfect union. We. the followers of our Lord Jesus Christ, are to be in Him just like a branch in the true vine.

In fact, the disciples of our Lord during His  NT ministry were taught that you see me as you see the Father. We were taught that the Father was revealed through prophets in OT time but was manifested through the Son  our Lord in NT time.(See Hebrews 1:1-2)

 

Our Lord is the best examples for us to be in the union with God:
John 4:34, 34 Jesus said to them, “My food is to do the will of Him who sent Me, and to finish His work.”
John 14:9,   …he that hath seen me hath seen the Father….
John 14:10, 10 Do you not believe that I am in the Father, and the Father in Me? The words that I speak to you I do not speak on My own authority; but the Father who dwells in Me does the works.

 

It is very important to see that our Lord is the only way to the Father. There is no other external ways or person by which people can reach the Creator of the universe. God is unique and the source of  all life. All Christians shall be convicted that only by faith in Jesus Christ is the way to the eternal life. What a privilege to be union  with the eternal God, indeed!

 

Praise and glory be to God the father, God the Son, and God the Holy spirit forever and ever,  In Christ Jesus name, we pray Amen!

約翰福音 15:5-8
5 我是葡萄樹，你們是枝子。常在我裡面的，我也常在他裡面，這人就多結果子；因為離了我，你們就不能做什麼。 6 人若不常在我裡面，就像枝子丟在外面枯乾，人拾起來扔在火裡燒了。 7 你們若常在我裡面，我的話也常在你們裡面，凡你們所願意的，祈求，就給你們成就。 8 你們多結果子，我父就因此得榮耀，你們也就是我的門徒了。
 

我們的主耶穌基督用牧人/羊、葡萄樹/枝子等實際例子來說明神與他子民的聯合。 生命問題，尤其是永生、天上的糧和最終的安全，始終是偉大教義的重點。 這與隱藏在偶像、秘密知識和大師、假教師和強盜/小偷的宗教背後的欺騙計劃形成鮮明對比。
 

作為耶穌基督的追隨者，實踐在這個世界上旅行的關鍵是我們並不孤單。 那就是我們的主永遠與我們同在：鼓勵我們、保護我們、滋養我們。 正如詩篇 23 明確表示：耶和華為牧者中表達了多麼令人安心的保證;
詩篇 23 
1 耶和華是我的牧者，我必不致缺乏。
2 他使我躺臥在青草地上，領我在可安歇的水邊。
3 他使我的靈魂甦醒，為自己的名引導我走義路。
4 我雖然行過死蔭的幽谷，也不怕遭害，因為你與我同在，你的杖、你的竿都安慰我。
5 在我敵人面前，你為我擺設筵席，你用油膏了我的頭，使我的福杯滿溢。
6 我一生一世必有恩惠、慈愛隨著我，我且要住在耶和華的殿中，直到永遠。
 

一如既往，我們的主教導我們聖父、聖子和聖靈的聯合是幸福生活的關鍵。 約翰福音 15:1-4, 主是真葡萄樹, “15 「我是真葡萄樹，我父是栽培的人。 2 凡屬我不結果子的枝子，他就剪去；凡結果子的，他就修理乾淨，使枝子結果子更多。 3 現在你們因我講給你們的道，已經乾淨了。 4 你們要常在我裡面，我也常在你們裡面。枝子若不常在葡萄樹上，自己就不能結果子；你們若不常在我裡面，也是這樣。”
 

在聖靈裡，願稱讚、讚美，藉著我們的主耶穌基督，榮耀歸於我們的天父，直到永永遠遠，阿門！

 

ARTICLE 5:  Jesus said, “ I am the True Vine”

 

John 15:5-8,
5 “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing. 6 If anyone does not abide in Me, he is cast out as a branch and is withered; and they gather them and throw them into the fire, and they are burned. 7 If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you[a] will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you. 8 By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so you will be My disciples.

 

Our Lord Jesus Christ used the practical examples such as Shepherd/sheep, Vine/branches to illustrate the union of God with His people. Life issues especially eternal life, heavenly bread, and ultimate safety are always underline the great teachings. This is quite a contrast to the deceiving schemes of hiding behind idols, secret knowledge, and religions of gurus, fake teachers, and robbers/thieves. 

 

As a follower of Jesus Christ, one key to practice in journeying through this world is that we are not alone. That is our Lord is always with us: encourage us, protect us, and nourish us. Indeed, what a reassurance expressed by King David in Ps. 23; ” 23 The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.2  He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters. 3 He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness; for His name’s sake. 4  Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. 5  You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; My cup runs over. 6  Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me All the days of my life; And I will dwell in the house of the Lord Forever.”

 

As always, our Lord teaches us union of Father, Son, and Holy Spirit is the key to a blessed life. John 15:1-4, 15 “I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser. 2 Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit. 3 You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you. 4 Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me".

 

Praises and glory in Holy Spirit through our Lord Jesus Christ to our Heavenly Father forever and ever, Amen!

耶穌說：“我是羊的門”

約翰福音 10:7-10, 主是羊的門
7 所以，耶穌又對他們說：「我實實在在地告訴你們：我就是羊的門。 8 凡在我以先來的都是賊，是強盜，羊卻不聽他們。 9 我就是門，凡從我進來的，必然得救，並且出入得草吃。 10 盜賊來，無非要偷竊、殺害、毀壞；我來了，是要叫羊得生命，並且得的更豐盛。

 

在這個重要的宣言中，我們的主明確了他自己和他的信徒之間的密切關係。 在這個被邪惡撒旦的謊言所敗壞的世界裡，知道如何得救是至關重要的。 我們的主指出了正確的道路！ 也就是說，通過相信他，而不是通過任何自稱是古魯或救世主的小偷和強盜。

 

重要的是要認識到，在我們這個時代，確實無數百萬人被小偷和強盜帶走。 人們崇拜死偶像而不是活著的創造者。 宇宙的美麗和秩序是永生上帝的創造，而不是死偶像的創造。

 

惡魔及其同夥利用秘密知識、無價值的秘密經文和香火來欺騙人們。 惡魔和他們的同夥隱藏在他們邪惡的計劃/宗教背後，他們不認同人類。 我們的主說：“我是羊的門”。 他的羊由他進入。 他領導他們、滋養他們、保護他們。 他拯救他們並將永遠與他們同在。

 

有耳可聽的人應當聽：耶穌基督說：“我就是門，凡從我進來的，必然得救，並且出入得草吃。 10 盜賊來，無非要偷竊、殺害、毀壞；我來了，是要叫羊得生命，並且得的更豐盛。”

 

讚美和榮耀歸於我們慈愛的主耶穌基督，他獻出了自己的生命來支付我們的贖價並賜給我們永生。 阿門！

 

Jesus said, “ I am the door of the sheep”  

John 10:7-10, “7 Then Jesus said to them again, “Most assuredly, I say to you, I am the door of the sheep. 8 All who ever came before Me are thieves and robbers, but the sheep did not hear them. 9 I am the door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture. 10 The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.”

In this important declaration, our Lord identified the close relationship between Himself and His believers. In the world corrupted by the lies of the evil one Satan, it is crucial to know how to be saved. Our Lord pointed out the true way! That is, by believing Him, but not by any thieves and robbers who claimed to be guru or savior.

It is important to realize that there are indeed millions of people were led away by thieves and robbers in our days. People worship the dead idols rather than the living Creator. Beauty and order of the universe was the creation of the living God, not by the dead idols.

Demons and their cohosts use secret knowledge, worthless repetition of secret verses, and incenses to deceive people. The demons and their cohosts hide themselves behind their evil schemes/religions and they do not identify themselves with people. Our Lord said, “ I am the door of the sheep”.  His sheep enter by Him. He leads them, nourishes them, and protects them. He saves them and will be with them forever. 

Let one who has ears hear :  Jesus Christ said, “ I am the door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture. 10 The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.”

Praises and glory to our loving Lord Jesus Christ who gave His life to pay our ransom and to give us eternal life. Amen!

耶穌說：“我是好牧人"

 

約翰福音 10:11: 耶穌說：“我是好牧人。 好牧人為羊捨命。” 

所有的羊都需要一個好牧人才能健康成長。 成為一名好牧人並不是一件容易的事。 他們實際上與羊群住在一起，負責看護它們。 有趣的是，當天使宣布耶穌基督誕生的好消息時。 路加福音 2 章 8 節指出, 天使報喜信給牧羊的人: “8 在伯利恆之野地裡有牧羊的人，夜間按著更次看守羊群”。確實如我們的主所說：“好牧人為羊捨命”。
 

令人難以置信的是，所有宇宙和所有生物的創造者耶穌基督竟然如此富有同情心，甚至願意為全人類而死。 你可能還知道，所有的創造物，無論是否有生命，都是由他維持的。 以我們自己保養家居用品和植物的經驗來看，耶穌基督的能力實在是無法想像！
 

我們的主在約翰福音 10:14-15 中指出，”14 我是好牧人，我認識我的羊，我的羊也認識我， 15 正如父認識我，我也認識父一樣；並且我為羊捨命”。此外，他還在約翰福音 10:27-29 中宣告，約翰福音 10:27-29, “27 我的羊聽我的聲音，我也認識他們，他們也跟著我。 28 我又賜給他們永生，他們永不滅亡，誰也不能從我手裡把他們奪去。 29 我父把羊賜給我，他比萬有都大，誰也不能從我父手裡把他們奪去”。
 

在信息氾濫的21世紀，人們是否聽到了造物主的呼喚，想要跟隨造物主享受造物主的祝福，過上幸福的生活呢？ 一旦人們真正理解了熱力學第二定律的可怕含義，人們就會完全被我們主耶穌基督的同情、憐憫和恩典所震撼！ 我們的救主和好牧人確實賜福給我們的是何等無與倫比的愛！ 讚美我們的好牧人，直到永遠，阿門！

 

ARTICLE 3:  Jesus Said, "I am the Good Shepherd"

 

Jesus said, “ I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd gives His life for the sheep.” (John 10:11)

 

All sheep need a good shepherd to grow healthily. To be a good shepherd is not an easy task. They practically live with the sheep to watch over them. It is interesting to note when the angel announced the good new of the birth of Jesus Christ. Luke indicated in Luke 2:8, “8 Now there were in the same country shepherds living out in the fields, keeping watch over their flock by night.”. It is indeed just as our Lord so indicated, “The good shepherd gives His life for the sheep.”

It is indeed incredible that Jesus Christ, the Creator of all universes and all creatures, was so compassionate that He was willing to die for all human beings. You may know also that all creations, living or not, are maintained by Him as well. Judging on our own experience of maintaining our household things and plants, it is indeed beyond our comprehension how infinity Jesus Christ power
has been!

Our Lord indicated in John 10:14-15, 
“ 14 I am the good shepherd; and I know My sheep, and am known by My own. 15 As the Father knows Me, even so I know the Father; and I lay down My life for the sheep., “, Furthermore, He also declared in John 10:27-29,
27 My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me. 28 And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand. 29 My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of My Father’s hand.

In this information overflown 21th century, do people hear the calls of the Creator to follow Him to enjoy His blessings for a blessed life? Once one really comprehend the horrifying implication of the Second Law of the thermodynamics, one would be totally overwhelmed by the compassion, mercy and grace of Jesus Christ our Lord! What an unsurpassed love our Savior and Good Shepherd has blessed us indeed! Praises to our Good Shepherd forever and ever, Amen!

 

 

耶穌基督說：“我是世界的光”

I. 耶穌基督是誰—
* 約翰福音 1:1-5
1 太初有道，道與神同在，道就是神。 2 這道太初與神同在。 3 萬物是藉著他造的；凡被造的，沒有一樣不是藉著他造的。 4 生命在他裡頭，這生命就是人的光。5 光照在黑暗裡，黑暗卻不接受光。
II.  基督徒具备什么—
* 約翰福音 8:12
12 耶穌又對眾人說：「我是世界的光。跟從我的，就不在黑暗裡走，必要得著生命的光。」
* 馬太福音 4:4
4 耶穌卻回答說：「經上記著說：『人活著不是單靠食物，乃是靠神口裡所出的一切話。』」
* 約翰福音 14:15-17
15 你們若愛我，就必遵守我的命令。
16 「我要求父，父就另外賜給你們一位保惠師，叫他永遠與你們同在， 17 就是真理的聖靈，乃世人不能接受的，因為不見他，也不認識他。你們卻認識他，因他常與你們同在，也要在你們裡面。

評論：作為耶穌基督的跟隨者，我們不會在黑暗中行走，而是有來自耶穌基督的生命之光帶領我們在這個世界上。 聖經是我們每天的食物，滋養我們長成基督的樣式。 所有基督徒都有內住的聖靈來教導我們。
III. 什麼是當今世界-
* 約翰福音 3:19-21
19 「光來到世間，世人因自己的行為是惡的，不愛光倒愛黑暗，定他們的罪就是在此。 20 凡作惡的便恨光，並不來就光，恐怕他的行為受責備； 21 但行真理的必來就光，要顯明他所行的是靠神而行。」
評論：所有熱愛真理的人都應該相信人子耶穌基督，並從他那裡得到永生。
IV.  什麼是永生-
* 約翰福音 5:24
24 我實實在在地告訴你們：那聽我話又信差我來者的，就有永生，不至於定罪，是已經出死入生了。
V. 如何獲得永生-
* 約翰福音 3:16
16 「神愛世人，甚至將他的獨生子賜給他們，叫一切信他的不致滅亡，反得永生。
VI.  什麼是上帝的工作-
* 約翰福音 6:28-29
28 眾人問他說：「我們當行什麼，才算做神的工呢？」 29 耶穌回答說：「信神所差來的，這就是做神的工。」
VII. 與我們的主耶穌基督聯合結出果子來侍奉上帝-
* 約翰福音 15:16
 16 不是你們揀選了我，是我揀選了你們，並且分派你們去結果子，叫你們的果子常存，使你們奉我的名無論向父求什麼，他就賜給你們。
* 約翰福音 15:5-8
5 我是葡萄樹，你們是枝子。常在我裡面的，我也常在他裡面，這人就多結果子；因為離了我，你們就不能做什麼。 6 人若不常在我裡面，就像枝子丟在外面枯乾，人拾起來扔在火裡燒了。 7 你們若常在我裡面，我的話也常在你們裡面，凡你們所願意的，祈求，就給你們成就。 8 你們多結果子，我父就因此得榮耀，你們也就是我的門徒了。

 

ARTICLE 2: Jesus Christ said: “I am the Light of the World”

I. Who Jesus Christ is- 
* John 1:1-4
1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was with God in the beginning. 3 Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. 4 In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind. 5 The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.

II. What Christians are equipped with-
* John 8:12
12 When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life
* Matthew 4:4
4 Jesus answered, “It is written: ‘Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.’”
* John 14:15-17
15 “If you love me, keep my commands. 16 And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you forever— 17 the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with you and will be in you.

Comment: As the followers of Jesus Christ, we will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life from Jesus Christ to lead us in this world. The Bible is our daily food to nourish us to grow in the likeness of Christ. All Christians have in-dwelling Holy Spirit to teach us.

III. What is the World Today-
* John 3:19-21
19 This is the verdict: Light has come into the world, but people loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil. 20 Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that their deeds will be exposed. 21 But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what they have done has been done in the sight of God.

Comment: All who love the truth should come to believe in the Son of Man Jesus Christ and receive eternal life from Him.

IV. What is Eternal Life-
* John 5:24
24 “Very truly I tell you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and will not be judged but has crossed over from death to life.

V. How to receive Eternal Life-
* John 3:16
16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

VI. What is the Work of God-
* John 6:28-29
28 Then they asked him, “What must we do to do the works God requires?”
29 Jesus answered, “The work of God is this: to believe in the one he has sent.”

VII. Union with Our Lord Jesus Christ to bear fruit to serve God-
* John 15:16
16 You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you so that you might go and bear fruit—fruit that will last—and so that whatever you ask in my name the Father will give you.
* John 15:5-8
5 “I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing. 6 If you do not remain in me, you are like a branch that is thrown away and withers; such branches are picked up, thrown into the fire and burned. 7 If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you. 8 This is to my Father’s glory, that you bear much fruit, showing yourselves to be my disciples.

耶穌說：“我是生命的糧”

約翰福音 6:35
35 耶穌說：「我就是生命的糧。到我這裡來的，必定不餓；信我的，永遠不渴。

 

一. 耶穌基督是誰：
首先，耶穌是神格中的第二位。 他是道成肉身，活著給人類充滿恩典和愛。 他是我們的救主和我們的主。 生命就在他裡面。 我們必須與他聯合才能獲得永生。
*約翰福音 1:1-4
1 太初有道，道與神同在，道就是神。 2 這道太初與神同在。 3 萬物是藉著他造的；凡被造的，沒有一樣不是藉著他造的。 4 生命在他裡頭，這生命就是人的光。

 

二. 我們的主向我們所應許的
約翰福音 6:35 是聖經中最偉大的應許之一。 人類在這個世界上勞作是為了食物和生命。 食物是生活的必需品。 耶穌基督說：“我是生命的糧”（約翰福音6:48）和 “51 我是從天上降下來生命的糧，人若吃這糧，就必永遠活著。我所要賜的糧就是我的肉，為世人之生命所賜的。” （約翰福音 6:51）
我們所有人都在努力工作以維持我們的生活。 東方有句有趣的諺語：我們為五斗米拆腰。 為了維持我們家人的食物需要付出很多努力，因為這是永無休止的努力。 然而，我們的主宣稱，吃生命之糧的人就會永遠活著。 多麼美好的承諾啊！

 

三． 生命是什麼; 什麼是永生
作為一個生命體，我們都知道什麼是生命。 事實上，關於生命問題的書籍/宗教有很多，關於生命問題的脫口秀節目也不乏。 我們的主教導我們：
* 約翰福音 5:24, 24 我實實在在地告訴你們：那聽我話又信差我來者的，就有永生，不至於定罪，是已經出死入生了。
* 約翰一書 5:11-13, 11 這見證就是神賜給我們永生，這永生也是在他兒子裡面。 12 人有了神的兒子，就有生命；沒有神的兒子，就沒有生命。

 

四． 如果我們吃生命的糧會發生什麼
* 約翰福音 6:58, 58 這就是從天上降下來的糧。吃這糧的人就永遠活著，不像你們的祖宗吃過嗎哪還是死了。
* 約翰福音 6:63, 63 叫人活著的乃是靈，肉體是無益的。我對你們所說的話就是靈，就是生命。
* 約翰福音 7:37-39, 渴者當來就耶穌, 37 節期的末日，就是最大之日，耶穌站著高聲說：「人若渴了，可以到我這裡來喝！ 38 信我的人就如經上所說，從他腹中要流出活水的江河來。」 39 耶穌這話是指著信他之人要受聖靈說的。那時還沒有賜下聖靈來，因為耶穌尚未得著榮耀。

 

五. 如何與神聯合：耶穌基督的榜樣
* 約翰福音 4:32-34, 32 耶穌說：「我有食物吃，是你們不知道的。」 33 門徒就彼此對問說：「莫非有人拿什麼給他吃嗎？」 34 耶穌說：「我的食物就是遵行差我來者的旨意，做成他的工。
* 約翰福音 12:44-45, 信子就是信父, 44 耶穌大聲說：「信我的，不是信我，乃是信那差我來的。 45 人看見我，就是看見那差我來的。
* 約翰福音 14:10-12, 10 我在父裡面，父在我裡面，你不信嗎？我對你們所說的話，不是憑著自己說的，乃是住在我裡面的父做他自己的事。 11 你們當信我，我在父裡面，父在我裡面；即或不信，也當因我所做的事信我。 12 我實實在在地告訴你們：我所做的事，信我的人也要做，並且要做比這更大的事，因為我往父那裡去。

 

六． 我們的人生使命是什麼
* 約翰福音 15:16-17, 16 不是你們揀選了我，是我揀選了你們，並且分派你們去結果子，叫你們的果子常存，使你們奉我的名無論向父求什麼，他就賜給你們。 17 我這樣吩咐你們，是要叫你們彼此相愛。
* 約翰福音 15:9-10, 當效法主的愛, 9 「我愛你們，正如父愛我一樣，你們要常在我的愛裡。 10 你們若遵守我的命令，就常在我的愛裡，正如我遵守了我父的命令，常在他的愛裡。

 

七． 我們的主為所有信徒的祈禱
* 約翰福音 17:20-23, 信主者合而為一, 20 「我不但為這些人祈求，也為那些因他們的話信我的人祈求， 21 使他們都合而為一；正如你父在我裡面，我在你裡面，使他們也在我們裡面，叫世人可以信你差了我來。 22 你所賜給我的榮耀，我已賜給他們，使他們合而為一，像我們合而為一。 23 我在他們裡面，你在我裡面，使他們完完全全地合而為一，叫世人知道你差了我來，也知道你愛他們如同愛我一樣。

 

 

ARTICLE 1: JESUS SAID, “ I AM THE BREAD OF LIFE”

John 6:35, 35 Then Jesus declared, “I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never go hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty.

 

I. Who Jesus Christ Is:
First of all, Jesus is the second divine personage in the Godhead. He is God incarnate and live to give love  and full of grace towards humankind. He is our Savior and our Lord. Life is inside Him. We must union with Him to receive eternal life. 
* John 1:1-4, “1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was with God in the beginning. 3 Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. 4 In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind.”

 

II.   What our Lord promised us
* John 6:35 is one of the greatest promises in the Scripture. All human beings toil in this world for food and life. Food is a necessity of life. Jesus Christ said, “I am the Bread of Life” (John 6:48) and “I am the living bread that came down from heaven. Whoever eats this bread will live forever. This bead is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.” (John 6:51)
All of us work hard to maintain our lives. There is an interesting oriental proverb: we bent our backs for 5 loaves of bread. To maintain food for our family needs lots of effort because it is an endless effort. Yet, our Lord declared that whoever eats the bread of life will live forever. What a promise! 

 

III. What is Life; What is Eternal Life
As a living being, we all know what is life. As a matter of fact, there are numerous books/religions concerning the issues of life.There are no lack of talk shows concerning life as well. Our Lord teaches us: 
* John 5:24, 24 “Very truly I tell you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and will not be judged but has crossed over from death to life.
* 1 John 5:11-13, 11 And this is the testimony: God has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. 12 Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life.

 

IV. What Happens if we eat the bread of life
* John 6:58, 58 This is the bread that came down from heaven. Your ancestors ate manna and died, but whoever feeds on this bread will live forever.
* John 6:63, 63 The Spirit gives life; the flesh counts for nothing. The words I have spoken to you—they are full of the Spirit and life.
* John 7:37-39, 37 On the last and greatest day of the festival, Jesus stood and said in a loud voice, “Let anyone who is thirsty come to me and drink. 38 Whoever believes in me, as Scripture has said, rivers of living water will flow from within them.” 39 By this he meant the Spirit, whom those who believed in him were later to receive. Up to that time the Spirit had not been given, since Jesus had not yet been glorified.

 

V. How to Union with God: Example of Jesus Christ 
* John 4:32-34, 32 But he said to them, “I have food to eat that you know nothing about.”
33 Then his disciples said to each other, “Could someone have brought him food?”
34 “My food,” said Jesus, “is to do the will of him who sent me and to finish his work.
* John 12:44-45, 44 Then Jesus cried out, “Whoever believes in me does not believe in me only, but in the one who sent me. 45 The one who looks at me is seeing the one who sent me.
* John 14:10-12, 10 Don’t you believe that I am in the Father, and that the Father is in me? The words I say to you I do not speak on my own authority. Rather, it is the Father, living in me, who is doing his work. 11 Believe me when I say that I am in the Father and the Father is in me; or at least believe on the evidence of the works themselves. 12 Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father.

 

VI. What is our Mission in life
* John 15:16-17, 16 You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you so that you might go and bear fruit—fruit that will last—and so that whatever you ask in my name the Father will give you. 17 This is my command: Love each other.
* John 15:9-10, 9 “As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Now remain in my love. 10 If you keep my commands, you will remain in my love, just as I have kept my Father’s commands and remain in his love.

 

VII. Our Lord’s prayer for All Believers
* John 17:20-23, 20 “My prayer is not for them alone. I pray also for those who will believe in me through their message, 21 that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me. 22 I have given them the glory that you gave me, that they may be one as we are one— 23 I in them and you in me—so that they may be brought to complete unity. Then the world will know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me.

以色列阿，你要聽！耶和華 ─ 我們神是獨一的主。

你要盡心, 盡性、盡力愛耶和華─你的神。(申6:4-5)

 

There is but one God, the Father, from whom are all things and we exist for Him; and one Lord, Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we exist through Him.(See 1 Coringthians 8:6)

然而我們只有一位神,就是父,

萬物都本於他,我們也歸於他.

並有一位主,就是耶穌基督,

萬物都是藉著他有的, 我們也是藉著他有的。(歌林多前書 8:6)

The name which is above every name that every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

Goal of Redemption is in Sanctification of the Spirit, through Obedience to Jesus Christ, and be Holy to the LORD. Be Ye Holy, For I am Holy.
